Our vision

Our vision is to be the leading cricket club in Endeavour Hills, providing cricketing opportunities for all, and fostering a sense of community and belonging among our members.

Our Mission

While being a local community club is an important feature of EHCC, it is also our aim to be a destination point for cricketers. We have seen numerous EHCC players progress to Premier, State and National playing levels. EHCC are also striving to provide the ability for female cricketers to become an equal and valued part of our club. Our local girl’s superstar Hasrat Gil has recently been named Captain of the Victorian U16 female team and has represented our country!

The Club takes great pride in being a multi-cultural, all inclusive club with a range of ages, abilities, cultural and ethnic backgrounds. It is a feature that accurately reflects the area that the Club represents, our current playing members range from 5 to 80 years old.

We wish to provide a positive environment that allows all to play competitive cricket at all levels and give opportunities for junior 9girls and boys), families, senior and veteran members to engage with our high-quality coaching team, past and present international cricket superstars. We have an important role in developing our younger members for higher levels of cricket and to ensure our culture and focus is on having FUN. As well, it is our aim to provide an enjoyable social setting for members, their families, the community and sponsors.
