Development Academy Programs

At Endeavour Hills Cricket Club, we prioritize the development of young female and male cricketers. Unlike other grade clubs that charge high fees for academy programs and place young players in lower teams with poor coaching, we focus on providing quality opportunities for growth and advancement.

Our Commitment to Young Players

We aim to get young players into Senior cricket. History shows that young players who consolidate their skills at the 1st XI standard have a better path to grade or state cricket. We support this transition fully.

Academy Programs

Our Academy programs are designed to serve our players and their families. Academy groups play weekly matches on turf on Sundays to fast-track growth, with additional training sessions and travel opportunities. We can even organize a season in the UK if it’s the best development pathway. Our coaching program includes former State and Australian players for skill development.

Cricket Pathway

Endeavour Hills CC as a VSDCA (sub district) Club is the entry point into Grade and Premier cricket. Development and preparation are maximised by playing in the Craig Shield (U15) carnival before Dowling Shield and then playing Senior Cricket at 1stX1 level before heading to a Premier club. This is the best preparation and pathway so you progress.

VSDCA offers tier 2 Completion pathway to Premier cricket. Iconic grounds, experienced Umpires, Best wickets in Melbourne and highly competitive development environment. This is the BEST pathway to State, Premier Cricket or National success.

No Additional Academy Costs

There are no additional academy fees. We only charge a membership fee and some uniform costs. We invest in the development of our players.

Programs like Woolworths Blast (5-9 years), Super 7’s (6-8 years), and Fast 9’s (8-10 years) offer modified learning for boys and girls to start their cricket journey.
